John was born and raised in Barberton, OH and graduated from Barberton High School in 2014. He attended the University of Charleston, where he went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry.

As soon as he graduated in December, 2018, he ran off to Florida to marry the love of his life, Brittany.

John was drafted in the 2019 NFL draft by the Atlanta Falcons. He is currently in year 3 of his football career. With his heart of gold and a strong passion for the youth, John started giving back to the community with the John Cominsky Youth Football camp. After realizing how much of the community was willing to pour into the youth, he decided to start a foundation to facilitate and expand giving opportunities for others.

Brittany was born and raised in Barberton, OH and graduated from Barberton High School in 2009. She later received a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Services Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Malone University.

She married John in 2018 and moved to Georgia to follow John’s NFL career shortly after.

She loves her family, doing anything outdoors, and traveling with her husband. Brittany has always had a strong desire to help people. It had been a dream of hers to run a nonprofit organization one day. Her dreams turned into a reality this year when her and John started the Cominsky Family Foundation. It is her priority and goal to see that this nonprofit helps positively impact the lives of others.
